  Viewing Movies
 

Q: Can I download and keep all the movies in the members area?

A: Yes

 

Q: How do I view the movie files (previews and main members movies) ?

A: It is best to download the movies to your hard disk and view them from there:

 
  • a: Select the movie you wish to view (Preview or members movie)
  • b: select the format you wish to view (RealPlayer (.rv) or Windows Media Player (.wmv).
  • c: Place the mouse over the correct Icon (see picture) and click the right button (right-click).
  • d: Select the "Save Target As.." Option from the menu and save the movie to your hard disk..
  • e: Load the view the movie in your media player (windows or real)
     
 

Membership

Q: I have joined your site, but my membership details are not accepted?

A: Sometimes it takes a few minutes (very occasionally even longer) for membership details to be transfered from our payment provider through to our site servers. The systems will keep trying to send your details until they are sucessful. Leave it a few minutes and try again. In the event that you still can't log in, contact support.

 

Q: I am a paid up member, but my username and password have stopped working?

A: Leave it a few minutes and try again. System activity can sometimes stop a valid membership details gaining access. This is almost always resolved automatically after a few minutes. In the event that you still can't log in, contact support.

 

Q: Can I join for just one month?.

A: Yes. Only the recurring membership option automatically renews your membership. If you choose a non-recurring option, your membership will automatically be cancelled after the correct time, and you will not be charged again.

 

Q: How do I cancel a recurring membership.

A: There is a link on our Customer Support Pages to cancel a recurring membership details.

 

Q: I have forgotten my password:

A: There is a link on our Customer Support Pages to remind you of your membership details.

 

Q: Will "HardCaning" on my credit card statement

A: No. inet-cash handle all payments for us. HardCaning or Kooboo do not appear on your statement.
